A: Yes, all the reports are generated in English. However our Radiologist can discuss the case with the referring phyisican or the patient in Arabic or English.

 

Q: Is the company privately or publicly owned?

 

A: TeleFalcon Radiology USA is privately owned and operated by radiologists for radiologists.

 

Q: Do you provide final interpretations?

 

A: Yes, TeleFalcon Radiology USA provides final interpetations.

 

Q: Are TeleFalcon Radiology USA radiologists board-certified and board-eligible?

 

A: TeleFalcon Radiology USA radiologists are board-certified in United States and or United Kingdom.

 

Q: Why do you provide radiologists from various countries?

 

A: Diversity of radiologists strives to provide the top sub-specialists in each branch of radiology.

 

Q: Can our ordering physicians speak with your radiologists?

 

A: Yes, TeleFalcon Radiology USA offers unlimited access to, and communication with, our radiologists. Medical staff, ER and department personnel can consult directly with our radiologists.  We provide a dedicated line to our on call radiologist.

 

Q: How does TeleFalcon Radiology USA ensure security? Will our images be secure once they leave our hospital?

 

A: TeleFalcon Radiology USA's Virtual Private Network (VPN) ensures confidentiality and security.

 

Q: What is the normal timeframe for implementing TeleFalcon Radiology USA's Radiology's service?

 

A: Though the timeframe varies depending upon signing of documents and implementaion of the PACS system. We make every effort to make this a speedy process.

 

Q: Does TeleFalcon Radiology USA require a lengthy contract term?

 

A: We offer contract terms as short as 6 month. Also case on case base consultation is available.
